We provide ballet classes for young and old.

We are a ballet school for classical ballet located directly at Osthafenplatz in Frankfurt. Our lessons follow the Vaganova method, which is still the basis of classical training today.

Our courses


  Pre-Ballet

In pre-ballet or pre-ballet 4-6 years, children learn the first basic elements and simple step combinations of classical ballet in a playful, imaginative way. They also develop coordination, musicality and a love for movement. These early experiences build confidence and prepare them gently for future ballet training.

  Children' s Ballet

The first exercises on the barre and ballet terms, small choreographies and dances are learned. The exercises improve body awareness, coordination and balance, sense of rhythm and musicality, concentration and endurance. The joy of movement and creativity are encouraged in every class.

  Youth Ballet

The exercises on the barre and in the room become even more technical. The choreographies and step sequences become even more complex. They require advanced body tension, concentration and endurance. More and more new elements are learned, including turns, jump diagonals and various combinations of these.

In our ballet course we learn the movements of classical dance. The muscles as well as the posture, mobility and coordination skills are promoted. The course is also a perfect workout for the whole body. In addition, ballet offers a wonderful way to reduce stress and find balance in everyday life.
